Andrew Healy
Andrew Healy is a Senior Director at Middleberg Communications in the Financial & Corporate Practices Group. In this role, he helps create and execute AUM-building strategic communications programs and is responsible for overseeing account management, developing brand building strategies/messaging, writing, strategic counseling and media relations. He has significant media relationships spanning print, digital and broadcast outlets, which he leverages on behalf of his retail and institutional financial clients.
Andrew’s specialized focus – generating significant, ongoing and reprintable media coverage – routinely results in features appearing in outlets such as Barron’s, Institutional Investor, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Investor’s Business Daily, CNBC and Bloomberg, as well as in trade publications relevant to each client’s sales channel. His knowledge of the financial markets as well as his deep understanding of his clients’ business goals has translated into valuable media coverage that’s helped build brands and motivate the purchase cycle.
Prior to Middleberg Communications, Andrew served as the Media Relations Manager at OppenheimerFunds, Inc., where he created media strategies designed to build assets, support marketing efforts and protect and enhance the firm’s reputation. He started his career working at TowersGroup, a boutique public relations agency specializing in the financial services sector, and he holds a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University, where he majored in English and studied economics.
